1982 - Kemah Drawbridge With Shrimp Boat (Black & White)
The perfect alignment of the setting sun between the arms of a shrimp boat passing through the drawbridge is captured in this photograph in 1982. This magical moment presented itself as I was navigating with friends through the Clear Creek Channel on a sailboat. This photograph is also printed in color.

1986 - New and Old Kemah-Seabrook Bridge (Black & White)
I took this photograph in 1986 shortly after the opening of the new fixed-span bridge between Kemah and Seabrook. The drawbridge remained open until it was dismantled later that year. This photograph is also printed in color.

Landmarks - Curley´s Corner - Seabrook - 1980 (Black & White)
A funky place to gather, buy bait and ice, or just drink a beer. Located in the intersection of Texas Hwy. 146 and NASA Rd. 1 in Seabrook, Texas, this building is a historic landmark from the 1930´s when it was originally named "Hooker´s Beer" and then "Doc´s" in the 1960´s. This photograph is also printed in color. |
